This dynamic duo has good, old-fashioned supercouple written all over them. (Just when we thought this species was on the brink of extinction!) Consider: Danny and Michelle met under the worst circumstances- she accidentally killed his brother after he attacked her. They entered into a loveless marriage so Danny's mama, Carmen, wouldn't off Michelle. As fate would have it, the two eventually fell in love for real (bye-bye Jesse).
Recently the audience was rewarded when Danny and Michelle sealed their passion by renewing their vows and making love in an idyllic forest setting - bower and all - courtesy of a head-over-heels groom. What else could Michelle do but swoon? "I want to stay right here forever," she gushed. "It was magic."
And it was. Naysayers might dismiss Danny and Michelle's love scene as Thoreau-ly campy, but they're not seeing the forest for the trees. We all know that Danny and Michelle can't stay in paradise forever. They have to live in Springfield where Danny's mob ties will undoubtedly prove that while Mr. and Mrs. Santos may literally be out of the woods their troubles are far from over. That's the stuff supercouples are made of.
