For the past couple of months, GL's Michelle and Danny have been a pair of blissful newlyweds, making love every change they get. But this week, there's trouble in paradise.

"Danny and Michelle [took] the Santos yacht to San Cristobel with Josh, Jim and Matt to rescue Reva," explains Paul Anthony Stewart (Danny). "However, Mama Santos, in her uber plan to destroy Michelle and have her locked away in prison for the rest of her life, threatened not to allow Danny to take the yacht unless he transported $2 million worth of bearer bonds to pay off a 'debt.' In other words launder money."

Obviously, Danny has to dispose of the bonds when Michelle isn't around, since she doesn't even know they exist. "He tells Michelle to go to the masked ball and that he'll catch up with her," continues Stewart. "Michelle, however, returns and finds Danny taking the bonds out of her suitcase." (Danny doesn't suspect that Carmen planted the bonds in Michelle's suitcase; he think he was frazzled and accidentally placed them there.)

"Conveniently, the police [courtesy of Carmen], show up with a search warrant ready to tear the Santos casa apart," says Stewart. Michelle covers for Danny, giving him enough time to figure out a way to get rid of the bearer bonds. "Danny throws the bonds onto a charcoal grill and burns them, which leaves him in a very difficult position of where's he's going to get $2 million to pay off his debt that the family owes -- and puts everyone in danger,' he sighs.

Danny's (Paul Anthony Stewart) lie doesn't endear him to wife Michelle (Joie Lenz). It also places his marriage in jeopardy. "Michelle is furious because Danny has lied to her once again," he says. "He said he would turn the family business legitimate and he hasn't. Danny swears this is the last time, but he's a crime junkie."

Michelle storms off, Danny follows and the couple make up. "Danny says the one promise he can make to Michelle is that he will always love her," notes the actor. But when Michelle asks Danny what's more important to him -- his family or her -- Danny doesn't answer. "Bad move," laughs Stewart. "Very bad."
