This question is asked a lot and the more I think about it, the more I'm in agreement with Tracee's reasoning: I don't think the question is when Danny fell for Michelle, I think that happened long before they ever met, it's when he recognized those feelings, and put actual thought into them.

Jen L also used a while ago the word "recognition" to describe Manny's "connection" in the early days, how there was a Manny even before there was a Manny, and I remember thinking this was like finding an answer to a question you didn't even realize you had. You go on with your life, not even realizing what may be missing in it, then someone comes along and awakens in you all these dormant desires and dreams, and your life, at the very least your perception of that life is changed forever. Danny may not have realized it right away, but if I had to pinpoint the moment Michelle became the center of his world, it would be the beach scenes on Thanksgiving.
